"Operation Hamilton": the code name of the French strikes in Syria

#OperationHamiltonThis is how the air strikes in Syria from Friday night to Saturday were baptized by the French General Staff.

Prior to the deployment of the #French forces, it is the Center for Planning and Conduct Operations (CPCO) in-charge of the preparation of external operations, which makes various proposals to denominate military interventions.
Next, the President of the Republic has to select the denomination chosen. The code name envisioned in August 2013, during the strikes aborted following the American and British flip-flops, was not preserved. At the time, the operation was to be called Hermes.
